Georgia Attorney Doug Parks
has earned a Bachelors degree from Emory University, a Masters degree from Georgia Tech in City Planning, and a law degree from Emory University. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Georgia Bar. Professional experience includes three years with the University of Georgia in Athens in the areas of institutional research, construction activities and campus planning, and following that established a private practice in which real estate, banking, commercial and residential lending, foreclosures, workouts, land use and zoning all comprise significant components of his work. Other activities include estate planning and overall general practice. He has maintained a principal office in Dahlonega, Georgia, for the past twenty years, as well as satellite and project offices in Buckhead, Cumming and Gainesville as conditions required during that time. International activities have included matters involving utilities in Spain and Latin America, as well as work on behalf of Ancore, an international security firm.
